This free, one-day conference returns for 2016, providing an update on recent developments at the University and the opportunity to engage in the key issues affecting students applying to higher education.
This year Michael Spayne, Labour Market Analyst at Focus LMI will provide an overview of labour market information and its importance in the delivery of CEIAG in schools. Michael will also explore key trends in the labour market, the drivers affecting change and identify the growing and emerging sectors of employment In the afternoon Carys Fisher, UCAS Policy Executive will provide delegates with an update on trends in HE admissions, the new UCAS tariff and the impact of qualification reforms on learners, schools, universities and colleges.
